That link is the only route in. There is no form on this site and no telephone number, and both absences are deliberate. A form implies a queue and a case number behind it, and this publication has neither. A telephone number implies somebody able to advise you on your own situation, and the last section of this page explains why nobody here is.
Corrections come first
A correction is the most valuable message this desk receives, and it is welcome on any part of the site: a figure that has moved, a deadline that has already passed, an eligibility rule rewritten since the date printed on the page, a program described here that no longer works the way it is described. Name the page, quote the sentence you are challenging, and where you have it, give the address of the official page that contradicts it. A correction arriving with its source attached can be checked immediately.
Also worth sending: an official page that has moved, a link on this site that now leads nowhere, and a rule inside this publication's subject that it has not covered and should have.
What happens to a correction
The claim is checked against the body that administers the rule, never against another publication reporting on it. If this site is wrong, the page is corrected and the date it was last checked moves with it. If the point cannot be settled either way, the sentence is withdrawn and the page says outright that it could not be confirmed. Whoever sends a correction is not named on the site unless they ask to be. The standard being applied is written down in the sourcing and corrections policy.
What this desk cannot do
It cannot tell you whether your firm qualifies for a certification. That is the question that arrives most often and the one this publication is least able to answer: eligibility is decided by the office that issues the certificate, on the documents you file with it and the evidence behind them. A publisher reading the same public criteria has no standing to say yes, and a supplier who acts on an encouraging email from a publisher has been badly served.
There is no consulting arm here. Nobody at this desk will prepare, review, file, sponsor or expedite an application, comment on a draft capability statement, or read a bid before it goes in. Nobody here will introduce a supplier to a buyer or put in a word with one. Messages asking for any of that get a short reply naming the office that can actually act, and that reply is the most useful thing this publication has to offer on those questions. Every certification and opportunity page on the site links straight to the body that decides, for the same reason.
